Salem and his sister Noor joined a mountain hiking trip organized by their school's scout group, heading toward a summit known as "Eagle Peak" for its beautiful view. The group walked in an orderly line led by their guide, Ahmad, everyone excited to see the village from above.

Salem and Noor paused briefly to photograph a rare mountain flower, and when they turned to catch up with the group, they found that fog had suddenly rolled in, blocking their view completely. Salem looked around nervously and said, "Don't worry, Noor. Remember what the guide taught us: stay put and use the whistle."

Noor blew the whistle hanging around her neck three times, just as they had practiced, then they sat together near a large rock they could easily recognize, wrapped in a light blanket they carried in their backpacks.

A few minutes later, they heard another whistle answering from a distance, and they responded immediately. The sound grew closer until guide Ahmad and the rest of the group appeared through the gradually clearing fog.

The guide hugged the children and said, "Well done, you stayed calm and used what you learned — that's exactly what a real climber does." The group continued more carefully and all reached the summit before noon.

From atop Eagle Peak, Salem and Noor saw the whole village below them like a beautiful painting, and they felt great pride — not just for reaching the top, but for having faced a difficult situation with calm and confidence.

The Lesson: Staying calm and thinking clearly when facing problems, along with applying what we've learned, helps us get through the toughest situations safely.
