During a period when Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was facing great sorrow, God honored him with an extraordinary journey in a single night. He traveled from the Sacred Mosque in Mecca to the Farthest Mosque in Jerusalem upon a swift creature called Buraq, and there he led all the previous prophets in prayer before continuing his remarkable journey.

From the Farthest Mosque, the Prophet ﷺ was then raised through the heavens, passing through one sky after another, meeting several noble prophets along the way, each one welcoming him warmly and praying for him, until he reached a magnificent place known only to God. There, the five daily prayers were established as a gift from God to his people.

The next morning, the Prophet ﷺ told his people what had happened. Many doubted and mocked him, but his friend Abu Bakr believed him instantly and without hesitation, earning the title «al-Siddiq» — the truthful one. This remarkable journey remains a timeless lesson that God's mercy is vast, arriving in the hardest of moments to steady the hearts of the faithful.
